Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (your order # will do), and mail your return to the address we provide to you.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hair that has been altered in any way (washed, combed, brushed, cut, straightened, or installed).
- Hair that is not in its original packaging (all tags, labels. packaging, and gifts must be returned).
All sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
